The braised greens brought tears to my eyes they were so good. The chicken was so tender, so perfectly cooked. The jerk sauce was enticingly complex; sweet but savory spicy but delightfully spiced. One of the best meals I have EVER had, full stop. I’ve been a chef for 15 years, eaten and worked in some of the best restaurants in the world, and what I experienced tonight is that rare sliver of perfection, Of talent and innovation, Of culture and of cutting edge.
